Full Journal pdf2000-05-02 House Journal Page 3745 HB 313 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report on the following, which is under Unfinished Business (page 3568), at this time: 2000-05-02 House Journal Page 3746 HB 313 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 313(FIN) am "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 313(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS HB 313 and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Senate has adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (Senate journal page 3697). The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. CCS HB 313 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
